FAQ:

1.What if my solar lights cannot be charged continuously?

Before you use it, please place the solar lights in a sunny area for 2-3 days to charge, and make sure the solar panel is facing the sun to work properly.

2.Can I replace the batteries for these solar outdoor lights?

The built-in battery of a solar light is non-replaceable. Solar lights are mainly charged by receiving solar energy. Please install the solar outdoor lights in         a sunny area.

3.Can I use 1 remote control to operate 2 identical solar lights?

Of course! You can use the 1 remote control to operate the same solar lights. The remote control distance needs to be operated within a range of 26 ft.

4.How high should I install the solar lights?

The recommended installation height is 10ft. Because the sensing distance of solar lights depends on the installation height.

5.Recently, it has been cloudy or rainy, why the lighting time of solar lights has become shorter?

1)This is because the solar light needs to absorb enough solar energy to convert it into electrical energy. In cloudy or rainy weather, the lack of                         sunlight can lead to insufficient electricity collection, resulting in the light not turning on or only staying on for a short period.

2)Please set the solar light button on OFF state on cloudy and rainy days ensure the solarpanel is charged facing the sun for 2-3 days and turn on the                light again.

6.How far can it detect motion?
